Ingredients
• 2/3 cup Virginia Brand Vidalia Onion Vinaigrette
• 1 pkg. 19 oz frozen cheese tortellini
• 1 can (13 oz) canned chicken breast, drained
• 1 cup baby spinach
• ½ cup shredded carrots
• ¼ cup sliced black olives
• 3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Directions
• Cook tortellini according to package
• Drain and rinse under cold water until cool
• Toss tortellini with remaining ingredients and serve
