Ingredients
• Virginia Brand Honey Mustard Dressing
• 1 Head Romaine lettuce
• 30 grape tomatoes
• 3-4 oz Monterey jack cheese cut into small cubes
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 red onion
Directions
• Break salad into small bite size pieces
• Leave enough of the of the whole leaves to make a bed on each individual salad plate
• Cut tomatoes in half and add to bowl along with cheese
• Cut several very thin pieces of red onion and add to bowl
• Coat lightly with Honey Mustard Dressing, toss salad and salt to season
• Serve on lettuce leaves and add Honey Mustard Dressing to taste
