Classic Reuben

Ingredients

• ¼ cup Virginia Brand Thousand Island Dressing

• 1 tbsp. butter, softened

• 4 slices rye bread

• 4 slices corn beef or pastrami

• 4 slices Swiss cheese

• ½ cup sauerkraut, drained

Directions

• Preheat griddle to medium heat

• Butter two slices of rye bread and place butter side down on the griddle

• Top bread with cheese, meat, and sauerkraut in this order

• Add Thousand Island dressing and top with another slice of cheese

• Top with remaining bread slices buttered side out

• Grill until golden brown and flip and let other side brown until cheese melts

• Serve warm
