Ingredients
• 2 cups Margaritaville Cilantro Lime Dressing
• 1 lb Chicken Breast
• 1 Roasted Red Pepper
• 4 Whole, Ripe Avocados, Cut Lengthwise
• 1 Lime, juiced
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
• Preheat Grill to medium and roast the red bell pepper
• Marinade chicken breast in 1-cup of Cilantro Lime Dressing
• Grill Chicken Breast and Cool
• Dice the Skinless Red Bell Pepper and Chicken. Combine with 1-cup of Cilantro Lime Dressing
• Fill Each Half of the Avocados with the Chicken/Pepper Mixture. Season with Salt and Pepper, Drizzle with Lime Juice and hot sauce.
